A rule suggestions. [An additional rule has been added!]

1)First rule is called cop whoring and cop whoring is when you are intending to make the cop chase you by anyway or you just shoot everywhere to get the cops attention and make a pursuit for fun and thats non-rp. IRL you wouldn't go around shooting everywhere to get cops attention, you cannot provoke cops for a chase. If your intent is obviously just to get a chase and run, you're cop whoring. and IRL of course you don't want a pursuit with the cops because they will call for a backup atc..

2)Second rule is called gang whoring and it's when you go near a gang/mafia and get them to shoot you to make a funny IC fighting and shit, and it's not depending on who you are, whoever such as cops and all also you don't insult them, bother them, and, throw them with rocks. IRL if you saw people in the streets, you don't insult them or something like that except if you are having a proper reason.

3)Third rule is called AFK in publick which is abbreviation for Away From Keyboard in public, when you go the streets, you don't go AFK because the streets are made for roleplay and it will annoy many people if you don't RP for example near the bank with the active players. If you don't wanna be AFK in public, enter your house but AFK for a short time and if you want to be AFK for a long time, log out.

4)Forth rule is called "Gun Whoring" and it's when you kill somebody for his gun or let the cops kill him for an example then you go take his gun because it's unrealistic. IRL you wouldn't do that.

I wish I have helped you and it would really decrease the crimes because most of the crimes happen because of cop whoring and gang whoring. And I wish they add the rules as they are really needed and it will make the RPing manners to the players more realistic.

It's not only depending to provoke the cops, it's also when you shoot around to get the cops attention so you can make a funny pursuit atc. Thats not allowed at all lol
