Introduction

Goverment of San Andreas is governing a state of San Andreas, a state located on the west coast of the United States. The area of the state is 13.9 square miles and there are 4 944 728 million people living there. Founded on the September 5th, 1850, in the time of the gold rush when the first settlers came in, looking for a gold in the rivers and rocks of San Andreas. The state consists of three large cities; Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas, and five counties; Red Conty, Bone County, Tierra Robada, Whetstone and Flint County. The goverments purpose is to deliver laws and acts for the citizens of San Andreas. Responsible to the U.S Congres and following the United States constitution, the Goverment of San Andreas makes this state a better place to live at.

Our mission

The purpose of this faction is to bring laws and acts and to bring order in the whole criminal and other justice systems.

What will we do?

We will bring laws and acts for the citizens of San Andreas. Also, we will issue different licenses, like gambling or liquor ones.

Ranks:

Governor - The main person in the State of San Andreas (faction leader). This person will either accept or deny laws and acts that are proposed.
Vice-Governor - Second person in the State of San Andreas, will be a substitute when the Governor is not available to fulfill his duties. When a Governor is prevented to fulfill his duties, Vice-Governor has all the authority as the Governor itself has.
Mayor - a person responsible of managing a city/town/settlement.
Legislator - these are the people we also call "lawmakers". They propose laws and acts that a governor can either accept or deny. Take note that Governor is still available to make laws by himself, but they have to be approved by Vice-Governor and majority of the mayors in the state.

Rules:

OOC:
1. No breaking of server rules
2. IC corruption is allowed only of it's roleplayed properly.
3. You can be kicked from the faction without a notice.
4. A dose of maturity is needed in this faction, no messing/fucking around.
5. Respect other players.
6. Main character isn't needed, but prefered.
7. No double-factions
8. Level 2 or above needed.
9. Decent English knowledge.

IC:
1. In case of corruption, the person will be dismissed and relieved from their duties.
2. Mayors are elected by the public.
3. In case of the public dispute against a law or act issued by the Government, the Government's duty is to change/remove the law and/or re-release it.
4. To be a part of the Government your criminal record needs to be clean. Otherwise you will be banned from being a member of the Government for life.

How to apply?

Visit our forums, [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Applications are OPENED at the moment. Mayors will be able to candidate and run their candidature for a week, when public elections will be held on the forums. Legislators will simply just have to write an application and make an IC interview. Vice-Governor will be hand picked by the Governor.

No, we won't RP driving around in convoys all the time, only when making public appearence. Also, the reason I'm allowing you to apply here with your alt-account is because it may become boring after a while of RPing a politician. Also, IRL you don't see your Governor running around on the streets without his escort.

I'll figure something out. If my character looses it would destroy the faction, cause I don't plan to lead it only from OOC part. Also, the new governor will be elected every two months.

First of all, I asked Rudy about it and he said I can create a government faction. Secondly, I have never said that the headquaters will be based in Red County. Third, local government? What would that be? A mayor and his two assistants I guess. If you haven't read my post, I limited the positions and everything to Red County, ignoring the rest of the state thus making it smaller and more "local".

They don't go around patroling like SD and FBI. They are more of an RP faction, which brings laws and stuff, the Government has FBI to go around carrying M4's and Snipers.

Im not saying he Doesnt deserve it. I can see he has put the time and effort into making this. But he should think twice before electing himself as the Leader. Their will most definitely be a lot of complaining about it.

We need a mayor etc, but the system should be better created by the managment. The city votes for a mayor. Was done before but somehow it was forgotten about.

Okay, I see a lot of people disagree with this. First of all, I don't plan running around with M4's and shit and secondly, I see a lot of people want to vote for he governor. Now I don't really want to lead this, I'm letting the managment take over this faction if they're willing to. At last, this faction doesn't even have to ge scripted, there's no point in scripting it really.

Actually, I'd usually disagree with this but, he has actually tried adding a government thingie. So here's my opinion, get permission to the managment and reopen something similar but that just includes Red County.
