The Government Empty The Government

Now there's a government added in game. This government is basically icly controlled by the management so they can make the important IC decisions. This means that now IC matters involving SD, EMS, political parties, lawsuits and other important IC related things will be dealt with by the government. There's no more, OOC complaints on how a leader of a faction(Such as SD, F.B.I, EMS) is inactive(It would count as bad performance of the faction icly) or not doing his job, you can now send an IC letter(Forum PM managment) and they will deal with the issue icly.

Same goes to members who would like changes to their factions, or citizens who would like changes in Red County.
