/Votekick for Donators and players with Level 7 or 8 and up. (Hopefully at that level it would not be abused.)
There isn't always an admin IG, and /votekick would be useful if a hacker came in, or if someone was constantly DMing/Breaking other rules.

No, people will just use it when they get mad. There are admins online all the time anyway.

That what forum reporting is for, Simply take a SS, Report on the forum, Player who abuses it will be punished.

Not all the time, Before posting this, I spent an hour listening to people on TS bitching about a guy constantly breaking the rules and I wasn't able to get IG to /ajail.
