[SUG] Guide for Ghouls Empty [SUG] Guide for Ghouls

Post by Nazz Tue Aug 02, 2011 3:26 am

Since I recently got myself a brand new Ghoul, I'm wondering a little more about some more in-depth stuff in how they work.

What is known so far:
Ghouls are addicted to blood (presumably the blood of that specific vampire)
Ghouls will be RPly slightly stronger and faster than other humans provided their vampire has at least STR 2 and SPD 2.
Ghouls are bound in servitude to the vampire whose blood they've drank
Ghouls are still completely human

What I'm curious about:
How long a Ghoul can go without blood before feeling the effects of withdrawal
Effects of blood withdrawal on a Ghoul
Minimum amount of blood a Ghoul would need to be satisfied for a day
How giving blood samples to a Ghoul will affect a Vampire's blood pool/blood points/need for feeding

I never saw much about ghouls as long as the server was up other than Ariel's husband being her ghoul, or something like that. Think some admins could help decide some of these details?

I think everyone stopped using ghouls or they were banned.

They weren't banned, Just no one has been RPing them.

I don't know much of them, so someone else can answer these questions.

Good to know noone bothered asking me. Not like i did the damn thing or anything...But, there you go...
Well.
Give them blood once a month, and that lasts them. For a month. After the months gone they lose any advantages they got, and suffer withdrawl. For a week. Generally...THe effects are the same most heroin users go through (I'm not getting into that, you can google it yourself)
As i said before, they're satisfied for a month, it's a regular, spaced out thing.
Ghouls don't need a lot. Could just be a few drops. No blood pool effect unless you want to make the poor goit drink pints.

Updated the main topic. Again.
QQ. People wont read it if it's too long.

Can you force someone into being your ghoul?

Well..Y'can make someone down the blood...You know....Ghouols aint mindless cabbages nomore, so they can do what they like still..

Some people...Evil..Twisted people...May even go around draining blood from vampires, drinking it and then killing them to get the benefits of being a ghoul....*Shudder*

Still, i'm sure noone will go do that, no, no. Noone is pulled in by the allure of having Strength and Speed rank 2 as a human while keeping their gun skills.

Yeah.... read it on OWOD, I provided a link

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

White Wolf Wikia wrote:Ghouls are when the Vampire feeds a living human a little vampire blood and it becomes a ghoul, at least temporarily. In VtM, ghouls are omnipresent, easily created, and heavily abused - although networks do exist to assist them in escaping their masters.

Oh, and there are three kinds of Ghouls of three major factions.

Vassels: They are the stereotypical blood-addicted servant of a vampire

Independant Ghouls: One's who eke out an existence trading favors for blood

Renevants: The hereditary ghoul families.
