Changing the Vampire creation

Me and some players are complaining on the fact that vampires are outnumbering the humans.
I think I found an easy way to solve the problem.
Vampire Embrace.
Actually this system is way much RP in my opinion,because:

-A player freshly registered will born as a Human.
-The human will keep their existence as human unti a Vampire embrace him
-After that the new Flegdling will get Learning points based on his level,and will lose any human related skills

Surely a player who is getting a vampire has the rights to choose if become a vampire or not,with an easy "/vampire accept" command to agree or a "/vampire cancel" to disagree

What this can improve?

-More RP
-Containing the number of vampire and this way humans will outnumber the vampire(more realistic)
-This system will improve the Masquerade since humans can't imagine who is vampire and who's not

Nice suggestion, I agree with this, and if the human wants to remain human they can just get a command that doesn't transform them in a vamp or something. This suggestion can be extended into a few ideas.

I simply love it, I agree highly to everything you said. This system certainly would change the server, but in a great way! I'm yes to one hundred percentage.

And about the bloodline?
While a human is transforming into a vampire a window menu will appear with all the bloodlines available and a short description of each bloodline...

I was thinking of giving an extra power for each bloodline,but I'm not sure if it is a good idea...

What about Vampire has both humans and vampires skills? that would make them powerfull too...
That would be more realistic too,vampires can learn how to shoot too,anyway it's up to them on what skill they will spend their learning points...

Some people join the server as vampires, because in their story, they where bitten before they joined ICly. Thus, they should be able to start as a vampire.

On topic: I partwise agree that the vampires are out numbering humans but this won't change a lot. Humans which aren't proper roleplayers that DO want to roleplay as vampires will probably metagame to get embraced, ever thought of that? It will only delay their vampire transformation , yet it wouldn't improve the RP in my opinion. People who actually can roleplay and might have the perfect story for their vampire character have to roleplay as a human until they will get "embraced" if I understood it correctly? It changes the system, but it wont improve the roleplay.
