I think, just killing for : "Fuck You" mustn't allowed.. Or if someone is black. Or if someone calls your mother a bitch, still you wont kill him. In my opinion, you must kill someone for a really good role-play reason. Example; In real you wouldn't just kill someone who is calling your mother a bitch. You will say something back of if he is scary you would run away.. Maybe you take your gun and threat him, but you wont kill.. Even the most bad-ass wont kill anyone because you called him Fuck You!, he will beat you up. Plus if you kill someone in front of bank or dealership your name will be added automatically to the bolo list, because of the CCTV's. And if you kill someone, you must be sent to the jail for 2 hour or more. Because no one is fearing of killing someone. Irl you would think: If I kill someone, I'll go to the jail for 10-20 years long! But here you think, if I kill someone; I kill all the cops and drive away and they'll forgot me or you'll say something like: I already got RPKed and you'll escape from it.
