I have just revived a letter from the Maintenance Worker Neon Router to stop littering the rectangle area around my Newsletter Stand. How can I stop idiots from littering?
I've sent him a letter that I did place a dustbin that no one uses right next to the newsletter stand. Now, its all up to the readers to litter or not. We're just telling you to take care of the god-damned county and get along.
And please, use the bin nearby, or just place the god damned newspaper back in the newsletter box. I can ask cops to place a security camera and get you all fined for littering.
I have no idea why you read these papers when you hate them so much....
