[CCTV Footage, PC Bank, Sep. 10th.]

Date of Footage: September 10th, 2011.
Time of Footage: 3:15 AM.
Footage Location: Bank, Palomino Creek
Footage Length: 10-15 Minutes.
Footage Shows:

**A Man identified as Matt Mercer talks with Xavier Kakolav, Matt looks high on a certain drug ((LSD)), Xavier is holding a baseball bat.**

**After 4-5 minutes of chat, Xavier sends 2 punches to Matt's mouth and nose and then one to his ribs, Matt shows no signs of pain or injuries.**

**After that, Matt keeps talking to Xavier, and then Xavier hits Matt in the face with the bat, breaking his nose, once again, Matt shows no signs of pain.**

**Matt keeps talking and Xavier goes for another attack, which lands directly on Matt's head, cracking his skull.
Matt is still not showing signs of pain, probably because he's high on a certain drug ((LSD)), Xavier takes off after sending the attack.**

**The Camera switches to a better view of the scene, which reveals 2 ambulances, 3 cruisers and EMS and SD staff on site.**


**The scene looks like the site of a car accident, you can see a wounded Romeo Kovacs on the street, Samantha Edwards being loaded on a stretcher and the feet of a second police officer that can't be recognized ((Edward Veatress)), looks like the male officer is caught with his head under the wheel of the cruiser, probably crushed.**

**EMS Staff quickly takes the 3 injured individuals to the hospital for treatment, the scene looks clear.**

((1. In the footage the only people attacking Xavier and his group are Aaron Lee, Bryan Dan, David Jones and Richard Wasser, Romeo seems to stand next to the getaway car.
2. Peter took everyones licenses away but he hands over level 3 licenses to the wrong people, like Xavier.))
