Idea:

i made an Gas-station in Palomino Creek
players are able to refuel there car at that point

i also made an roadblock in palomino creek near the broken bridge
so players wont abuse and use it

Players are allowed to use the broken bridge, as long as they have a good role-play reason.

cuz if you/re in palomino theres no nearby gas-station
