some mods you should add here:

accent - "/accent [accent]" so you will say something but with your accent automatic
seat belt mod - "/sb" to put seat belts on or off
trunk mod - "/trunk" and then just choose trunk slot
wardrobe - "/outfit" you can use clothes you bough (each clothes cost 200$)
some ATM machines - "/atm" near ATM, simple
