IG+IC Rule Suggestion....

How about... A rule in which... its icly inflicted.. and.. Civilian vehicles must move/stop for Emergency Personnel on Code 3(Emergency lights and sirens) It would make sence. and more Rp, Look at "Die Hard quadrilogy" cops/fbi/ems/fd with lights on, Civvies stopped/moved.
Now its like
"Hey, Look at that Ambulance, Lets make it drive around us while we keep driving!"
:/ Not really Fun. Kinda annoying.
