Every vampire, by default, is a member of the Camarilla..And are subject to it's laws. Only those who have allied themselves with the Lasombra are not considered members..
1) No humans
2) Never break the masquerade
3) Never cause great mayhem, keep your disputes out of the eyes of the kine and avoid displaying your powers before them.
4) Respect your elders.
6) Must have broken free from your sire to be recognised as a full member of the Camarilla.
