As far as I can see at the faction , there are many faction for vampire . I can only see the EMS as a human faction . Btw , where is the Sheriff Dept ?

Vampires can join SD and any faction to be honest, humans can to although vampires gives more features than the humans so why wouldn't we just NOT allow vampires to join the SD/EMS etc and let them stick to gangs clans. In that way we will have more humans because some will probably leave their vampire race and join the SD / EMS.

You should make that when humans sell fishes they get more money then vampires, because the fish "buyer" thinks that the vampire players are more... repulsing.
That's 1 more reason to be a human.
