I got a problem on Top-Up my Pay Pal , I have tried many times but it keeps loading . Can anyone tell me why ?

SUbmit a ticket to paypal support.

A debit card.
From your post i take it you couln't be bothered to submit a ticket to paypal support.

Alright , I have put my bank account number at Pay Pal . I tried making transaction again via Top-Up and you know what happen ? Its still loading more than 60 Sec . I was pissed off and does not know what to do . How am I going to CK Edward and make a name change when stupid Pay Pal doesnt let me Top Up . Mad
