About posting in factions (READ)
Lately with new factions, I've seen a heap of people write stuff like, "/support" or "Good luck"
IMO it is post hunting to get your post count higher and TBH it is useless for you to post there if that is all you're going to write, because it doesn't actually help the faction in anyway at all.
If you wanted to show you support it, apply for the faction, or help out with it some other way.
For example: https://vhrp.rpg-board.net/t1615-university
No, I'm not picking on this faction, it's just being used as an example.

/support
LOLNO, I agree with this. Too much post counting to look "cooler".

Yup. This is just wrong. Factions need PROPER feedback. Otherwise it seems you're only supporting it becuase either A) you're in it or B) It was made by your friend.

Hey, I have no connection with Sandy, but I supported the faction because shes a good RPer and I think the faction looks good, the use of /support is to see whether or not the community will like the faction, then admins and Jaxson can decide if they want to make it official, close it, ect.

Well then if you support a faction that much, PM the creator of it, Otherwise as I said above, it is basically post hunting to get your post count up. There is actually no legit reason for you to post /support on a faction topic, It spams up the topic for the creator and other users that are involved with that faction.
Re: About posting in factions (READ)
If people forum PM the creator, the admins dont know if it has gotten support or not, of course the admins could ask the creator but that would just cause problems.

So, Basically what you're saying is you don't mind getting your post count up, by helping to spam up peoples topics with, /Support and various other shit, when there could actually be important posts there.
Re: About posting in factions (READ)
You could write about how this could be useful in the game, promoting the faction instead of simply writing support.

It's now a rule.
You cannot simply write /support or good luck. You must also provide feedback or criticism supporting what you think about the faction.
