Vampire/Werewolf "skills" banned?

I'm not entirely sure what the new global announcement means.

Rudy also thinks this has gotten out of hand.

I may have missed the original post made by Luna, and I wanna know what was banned from use exactly.

Would it be the abilities found on the White Wolf Wiki for the different bloodlines, for example, taking from my signature:

Feral Claws: Grow powerful claws that tear through flesh and most metals.
Conquer the Beast: Enter and leave your frenzy at will
Personal Armor: Weapons that hit you may break

May someone explain to me?

Their abilities like "Domination, snap your fingers and blow up the world, say "lol" and kill Chuck Norris, Use a shadow and kill 8448646848 people cuz shadows are sneaky, Tremere PG shit' have been banned. I think the werewolf skills have been banned too, like those gifts and shit. But I'm not sure. I know the VAMPIRES ones been banned.

I figured at least the obvious PG skills were banned. I'd like to hope I can still use some special abilities though.

There are questionable ones that I'd still like to be able to use too, like "Personal Armor: Weapons that hit you may break". It's questionable enough to have to devise a method of using it IG...

While only useful in RP battling or whatever, there's a couple ways to make it work. My method would be to use three consecutive coin flips, and if they're all the same side, the weapon would "break" for that RP. It would only be able to be used for the first attempted strike, though. If it didn't break the first time it hit you, why would it break any other time?

It's certainly not like Domination or using shadows to kill people.
