Well, if I got it right, we are using California's laws IG, so I went and checked the speed limits of CA and made this little map of Red County as a refference to both cops and players. I used this page as a refference >> [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Red > Highways
Orange > Highways
Yellow > Two lane highways that are not divided or roads
Green > Residental/business districts
Blue > Alleyways

It would be good if SOMEONE RPed this, instead I see a bunch of people drifting in Palomino, walking with AK's near the bank, using illegal maneuvers to provoke police... *sigh*... This server needs the Cop Whoring rule scripted, really.
