Speed stuff Empty Speed stuff

Hey guys just wondering if a spedometer can be scripted for vehicles and then we can see what speed we have and also that speedo meter tells the fuel and stuff and also Cops can use the command /checkspeed and then any car passes in the range, The cop will get the speed of the car like a speed camera
