House renting system

Instead of putting your house for rent to anyone,and you just want to welcome in a specific player,the renting system should be changed...
A player who wish to rent a room should ask to the owner itself,then the owner will make him moving in with a proper command...

/movein [PlayerID] [Ammount of $$$]

Note1: using only "/movein [PlayerID]" will erase any costs of the renting,actually making the rent free

Note2: The ammount of $$$ is paid at every paycheck

This way the RP of the renting system will be better because:

1-A player who wish to live with another one in the same house without paying(like I personally want to do it) has the rights to do...This will mostly be used for family members,gang members or couples(my case )...

2-Avoid the abuse of /rentroom command to steal weapons from a house.

3-Avoid the abuse that the owner can do,raising the fee without warning the renters...

4-Avoid the abuse of /rentroom during a RP chase...
e.g.: I'm getting chased by gangsters,so I head inside my house and lock the door to call in peace the 911...The gangsters,to enter,pay the rent fee to get inside and kill me.

5-It would bring a realistic feature.

A player who has rented a room can unrent it anytime by doing /moveout.

I don't know why this wasn't implemented yet. I had the exact problem. People going in my house when I'm only sharing it with another person.
