Concerning weapons and licenses again.
Okay, the thing is - there are two types of licenses needed for gun. One that let's you buy a gun and another one proving that gun was bought legally from the right store. So if you buy a weapon from Ammu-Nations, remember it will have a license and if you kill someone with that gun, it's not hard to track who owns the gun. If you RolePlay having illegal weapons, they may be hard to trace who owns it, but they don't have licenses either. So /licenses (Lvl 1/2/3 weapon license) won't help you, if you're roaming around, using your -illegal- gun on 'targets' and afterwards for police on the license check.

I mean everyone that kills and the ones that get killed... When you kill someone and you leave their corpse laying down next to the bank.. Murderer can be find out with ease... Thus meaning if gang members RP illegal weapons, they can hide their kills but if asked for license cops would know that it's illegal.
Plus if everyone would start to RP this, it would bring more investigations to CSI, those kills more RP'd and no more corpses in public for no reason.

That's not that easy... Because cops needs aids, if not they can NPC anyone's corpse in this server. Most of the time, ending up in whines over /b.
By that I mean that cops must know that there's RPly a corpse there, because they keep on driving, not seeing anything scriptly.
Plus when SD people are off many accidents happens, although when cops log in, they don't know it.
