Scrap the no-Drive By rule

I also agree with this. Gangsters drive-by alot and I think we should be allowed to do so, just not with certain weapons, like a deagle for example.

Only problem whith drive by you need to rp it well becuase say your driving at 90 mph not quite easy to stick your head out of a moving car and shoot. I think its more of a balance thing becuase police arnt to drive by its overpowered if you can shoot us while we chase you but we can't return fire.

Then the police forces should offer more possibilities and people should patrol in pairs. 2 people per car.

I think you miss understood when i said we can return fire this is becauce there was a rule for a while where people could drive by but cop coudn't so in a chase you could drive by us but we whernt allowed to do it back.

I don't understand why anyone would be able to do Drive-bys. Gangsters do drivebys to avoid direct firefights. Its a Guerrilla tactic used today in the streets all over the United States. Also, what does race have to do with anything? I'm sure vampires get pissed and don't always want to go "Gameface" to jack somebody up. Same for werewolves, in human form, they should be able to spray from the passenger seat if they please to do so. As Terry stated, cops can not driveby at all, because RPly, bullets can stray and hit innocent bystanders. Anyway, yea, bring it back.

RP driveby at RP speed is allowed with the following weapons.
SMG
UZI
Tec-9
Colt 45.
Silenced pistol (not taser).

It means (RP speed) not 60mph... One bump and ur fucked really.
