Thank you Samara, now, that's pretty much that. I win the argument. It's also time to get my vigilante costume going.

Now wax won't work the same way as a normal face, it can be recognized as fake, not that hard to. If it was that easy people would use wax faces and all look, awesome.

Its Latex, it can be made to look realistic. But like Terry said it takes a fuck load of time to make and put on. Its not a normal mask...

As mentioned it doesn't look perfect, seen latex, but still, it has its issues. Else everyone would walk around looking like hollywood stars.

Proper use of masks: When do you use them? What should they look like? Should you RP it fully?

A mask or disguise is used when a person wants to hide their identity for a host of reasons; Criminal Intent, Social Dysfunction, or strategically withholding personal identity until an appropriate event. A person who fits the reason “Criminal Intent” would wear the mask before and after they have committed their operation, a typical disguise would be a full faced black sock with holes in it with tinted goggles, optionally wearing a physical distortion vest to factor out weight guessing that could lead to capture on a later date. Attire such as this would be uncomfortable and in the daytime hot, therefore the wearer would want to remove it as soon as possible.
Someone who is socially dysfunctional and requires the need to disguise their identity would not have to go to such extreme equipment measures. A possible disguise for a socially dysfunctional person could be as simple as a wig and large sunglasses, or it could be just a paper bag with two holes as eyes. The person would feel socially uncomfortable and would seek comfort by avoiding situations such as light conversation near publically popular areas such as the Bank/Church area in Palomino, The mask would also not work as people could recognize the person’s body language/voice, something that would not be recognizable if a Criminal Intent situational mask were to be utilized.

A mask or disguise used in the intent of strategically withholding personal identity until an appropriate event would show the persons face in clear sight with additions that would render him unrecognizable to an onlooker. The intent for withholding personal identification would require a valid reason such as: An Undercover Police Officer. Their method of execution in carrying out their goal would also rely on the subterfuge that the person is treated with.

A mask should conceal the identity of its wearer so that the wearer cannot be identified. Anything that distorts the image of the wearer to the extent that they are unrecognizable is a suitable mask, the levels at the masks complexity depends on the requirements of the intention of wearing the mask. A bank robber would use a complex array of physical distortion pieces whilst someone who would only want to be a socially awkward person would wear a simple paper bag over their head.

Should you RP it fully? Yes, the more roleplay placed into your mask and physical effects of the mask the more gratification it receives.
