Good idea. But ... Make the driving test NORMAL... Not... FAST-slow-FAST-slow-FAST-slow..... nothing like that so... Yeah. a DMV

This actually is needed. as much as the .. Other stuff.. (ALMOST)

I have a suggestion for this. We need levels for each driving licenses.
Class 1, Simple cars, easy to drive.
Class 2, Sports cars and fast cars, and simple cars.
Class 3, Buses, Trucks, other large vehicles, sports cars, simple cars
Class 4, Motorcycles.
Class 5, All of the above.

etc.. and etc... just a suggestion for this suggestion.

why not just a single license

Dude this is getting similar to the Ammunation xD
Anyways there can be seperate lisences for Bikes,Cars and Heavy vehicles and also you need a special liscence if you want a big ass helicopter

This is how the DMV Test should become, this is a small portion of each test to ensure actual tests being revealed and copied down for answers.

Maybe......... this is the story. The State of San Andreas has had over millions of drivers yearly and so one cold morning of October 31, 2011. One man by the name of June Villalobo was driving on the Golden Gate Bridge at normal speeds when he was hit by a truck by sheer blindspots which enabled the 90+ mph traffic to pile up and smash together, murdering thousands, and a few reckless drivers in a semi with a tanker swerved and hit the Bridge steel girders and exploded, damaging the bridge and causing mechanical failure within the bridge, causing the steel cables to rip off and sway around violently and smack cars and breaking more cables until all of them failed and collapsed one part of the bridge, connecting ((San Francisco and San Mateo)) San Fierro and Bone County for months and is currently working on it.

Alright, that could be the story behind it, then the state of "San Andreas" (California?) decides to void all drivers licenses, forcing all people with cars to re-take the driver's exam which the state will have set up temporary DMV's all over the place. There.

actually, i believe it would be more fun if we had only "Drivers license: Yes/No" not hundreds of classes of different licenses.
