You just can restrict AFK in public because its unreal.
You can afk only in house so you must rent or buy house fast to can afking Very Happy
Its simple, i have seen it on another server, just admin can see if is anyone alt tabbed so he just kicked him for reason: afk in public.
Thats very nice i think and it will make houses more useable.

There's a hotel. It'd be a rule that if you're outside then you can't afk. If you're inside a room then sure.

I dont know how about you but can admin see who is alt tabbed (afk'ed) ?
If yes then its simple, recruit more admins like just lvl 1 and if he will see somebody afk he just check him over that "admin spectator" and if he is on street standing like wall than just kick him so he will spawn at his house again Very Happy

Easy way to avoid this if you're standing near the bank, is the run into the alleyway while you go afk. Not that hard.

Well, I think kicking afkers is going to far. Just set the afk limit to 10 minutes.
Because when I afk its cuz Im getting a drink(1 minute) Or takin a piss(1 minute)
And I don't feel like losing a paycheck because some of you get butthurt that I take up 2 square feet of space for more then a minute.
Bad idea, and its very un-realistic.

It's unrealistic to stand there doing nothing, and just be in the way of other people for like 5 minutes. Just find a spot in the alley or enter any interior to let others RP properly.

IMO its stupid. I have to AFK a lot, I'm not going to just drop everything and go to a building JUST to AFK. No way Jose..

Either a building, or somewhere not public. If you think you're going to have to go afk soon stay near an alley and so on.

You can afk for a short period of time just not for the fun of it, just cause you want to like, go watch a movie and so on.
