Mkay so while on this server I have encountered alot of vampires who talk about their abilities that are rank 1 and rank 3 and when I get hit with a vampire with level 2 strength I don't know how to react. How powerful is that? How much endurance do I need to be able to take that hit without being injured? Well I have a solution. Get more in detail with the info. For example

An average human can run about 5 mph.

So a rank 0 vampire would run 5 mph same as a human.
vamp rank 1 would run 7 mph average.
rank 2 would go 9 mph average and so on so forth.

Everything has a unit that it can be measured by and so we can use those with strength, speed and endurance to judge how much we can deal out and how much we can be dealt.

Strength would use PSI's

Speed could use MPH or KM or both preferably both for us Americans and our fucked up measuring system.

And endurance would measure the amount of PSI you can take.
