In real life if a person is arrested for murder and they use their licensed firearm, the local law enforcement or goverment takes the license away and doesnt allows the owner of the license to apply for a new one, so when police /jail(s) someone, they need to take their license from them with a command like "/takelicense" or "/cancellicense" , so that way the same person stops commiting crimes with a firearm license on their hand.
