RPK while in a Police Situation. [Firearms License]

Suggestion: Some people RPK in the middle of a shootout to avoid loosing their firearms license, in real life if you die or get arrested ANY LICENSE directed to you gets cancelled and can't be used LEGALLY.

For example: A guy dies in a shootout and police doesn't takes his license.

IF THE GUY DIES HIS LICENSE GETS TAKEN AWAY FROM HIM, EITHER A COMPUTER CANCELS IT , SINCE MOST WEAPONS STORES USE COMPUTERS TO CHECK LICENSES OR BY A GOVERMENT OFFICIAL/LOCAL LAW ENFORCER.

Then when the owner of the License dies, the License is USELESS LEGALLY!.

Plus, this will help to keep the crime rate low, since the SD lacks experience every single day.

Well yeah. this is reasonable facts that are very into the criteria of RP matter. Though, if it were to be a RPK wouldn't the license still be legal since afterwards the player/s ain't totally dead such as CKed? Well yeah sure, this is a good point to bring up, so maybe afterwards when the player dies with an RPK they should be given like a week or 3 days before Reapplying for a new License or just simply get their weapons the illegal way.

I'm saying this because when you get /jailed you loose your firearms license automatically.

Well, It should be... If your RPKed... You should lose all your weapons and your firearms license.. This will encourage wounded RP and well, Its better to be taken into custody and have your firearms license suspended and your firearms confiscated than to lose them forever?
